Open your mouth and be in this position for several minutes. When you feel the need to swallow, just swallow slowly, still keeping your lips separated. Keep swallowing at regular intervals, especially when you feel that a hiccup is nearing. Continue swallowing will lead the hiccups to stop completely in less than 3 minutes. While doing this just make sure you are not wearing anything tight near your midsection. It’s a faster way to get rid of hiccups.

Breathe in and breathe out. When you breathe out, do as if your lungs are fully empty and breathing in is the only option. At this moment when you breathe in, hold your breath and stand out your tongue. Be in this position for at least 40 seconds with your fingers in your ears. Breathe out gradually.
