Lemon Juice And Lemon Skin

The citric acid present in lemon helps a great deal in reducing the cellulite and getting rid of those sunken sagging skin portions. Just squeeze the juice from one lemon and apply it directly to the portion. You can also take a lemon peel and rub it over the affected portion. In case the lemon makes you feel itchy you can add a little honey to the lemon juice and apply it over the area. Do this regularly to see best results. Lemon juice is one of the most common remedies to get rid of cellulite.


The natural amino acids present in gelatin make it a super remedy for increasing muscle strength and getting rid of cellulite. It also helps in tightening the skin because of the high content of protein in it. To sue gelatin, just inhale it every day as a part of your daily diet.
