How to Get Rid of Spiders?

Those ugly looking, crawling creatures we all hate so much. They are responsible for so many cobwebs in our house and we all know how dangerous their bites can be sometimes. Spiders are most common and can be found in almost everyone’s house irrespective of the size of the place. They are big and small and exist in many different varieties.  The most common sign of them existing in the house is through cobwebs, and it is really important to get rid of spiders as soon as you see them, as if ignored, they will continue to breed in your house and cause a lot of problems to the occupants.

  • Systemic Reactions – You could also have other reactions like a severe headache, nausea, weakness, dry mouth, hallucinations, lethargy, blurred vision, joint pain, chest and abdomen pains, sweating, fever and blood pressure problems as well.

Home Remedies to Get Rid of Spiders:

Vinegar Spray

One really easy remedy to get rid of spiders is using white vinegar. White vinegar is easily available in our home and it is indeed really effective in getting rid of spiders at the earliest. To benefit from vinegar, just take a cup of vinegar in a spray bottle and mix it with two cups of water. Then use this spray bottle to spray the solution all around your house. Spray it near the windows, doors, corners and everywhere else where you think those spiders may hide. You can easily do this two times a day for maximum benefit.

You can also put a few drops of lavender oil in your flower vase to prevent those spiders from entering your house altogether. Black Pepper

Black pepper is an excellent remedy to get rid of spiders in your house. It is one of the best spider repellents you would be using. To use black pepper, simply take some black pepper seeds and grind them to a fine powder. Now sprinkle this powder in the corners of your house, doors, windows, etc. make sure you wear glasses and a mask on your face as the black pepper powder tends to itch you sometimes. Also keep it away from pets and children. You can sprinkle the black pepper powder at least twice a day if there are too many spiders in your house.

Lemon

Squeeze the juice of a lemon and mix it with a little water and pour into a spray bottle. Now spray this liquid in all the areas where the spiders hide. You can also use a lemon flavored dish wash, hand wash or any other liquid to spray in the house. You can also place some peppermint leaves if you don’t want to sue the oil. The smell of the peppermint is really storing and works well in to get rid of spiders.
